Well, this photo made me click on it from a bunch of other photos, so it must mean something. :)
I don't know if you made this one by the book, but it almost has it all. What really bothers me is that the focus is not at the front weed, but just beyond it, it would have had much stronger impact, but nevertheless this is one amazing photo.
I subjectively choose colder tones over warmer ones, cause they rest my eyes. And the colors of this photograph are amazing. The small glittering frost on the sides of the grass makes it look almost magical, which adds a whole new flair to it. Catching the sun gave the photo warmth of a clear winter day, without ruining the perfect frost colors. It gives the feeling of serenity, of depth and above all freedom. So much said on a photograph of simple frozen grass.

What more can be said! :))

I hope you don't find my critique to harsh! It's my subjective view of how things should be! :)))
Look forward to new deviations!

Very crisp! I love the frost! :) They remind me of dill dusted with salt or powdered sugar lol.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
