The soft pink shades in the sky are very nice.

I think this shot would really improve with some more curve adjustment. The blue part of the sky is a little washed out compared with the reflection. Here is a good article with more information on curve adjustments: [link]

The composition of this shot could really be strengthened if you cropped it so the horizon isn't in the center but on one of the lines of the rules of thirds. This could also be a solution to your washed out sky but even if you do decide to crop make sure to do another curves adjustment.

It's also a slightly blurry I'd recommend sharpening the photo a bit to bring back some of the detail of the reeds and the tree.

If you get the opportunity to go to this location too it would be nice to see a photo of this scene maybe 45 minutes to an hour earlier so there's a bit of light shinning on the reeds as well which would really make them stand out and give the shot a greater impact.

The colours captured in this piece really help catch the eye and instill a lovely tranquil feeling to it. However the section of the photo in the far left corner- tonally doesnt quite match the rest of the piece. An above critique has mentioned this appears over exposed and I would have to agree. I think the composition itself also could have been a bit more exciting. I am afraid that as I am only a novice photgrapher myself I can not reallysure if I can hazard a guess at what could have improved this shot. It might be the fact that there is a lack of a focal point, you eyes hit the horizon line and aside from the inital look at the image it is all too easy for the eye to drift off. If you get the chance to take photos again at this location try and experiemnt with different angles?
